IMPORTANT NOTICE
Before downloading/installing any of our themes, make sure your BlackBerry® is running OS 4.5 or higher.
All themes are only available OTA, which means you must have Internet/data plan on your BlackBerry®.

 

How do I download a theme from your site
Simply click on the link for your device and you will be taken to the download page.
Note that theme is available only for BlackBerry® devices highlighted in green color.
You can also find our themes in BlackBerry® App World™.
How do I install theme on my BlackBerry®
Upon completing your transaction you will receive an e-mail with a link where you can download/install the theme. It is very important that you click on the link using your BlackBerry® only, as this is an OTA (over-the-air) installation.
Once the link is clicked, download will begin automatically and your theme will be installed within seconds. Once the installation is completed, pull your battery so the installation takes an effect. Once your phone is up again, simply go to your Options - Themes and select it from there.
It is not possible to install themes using BlackBerry® Desktop Manager via your PC/Mac at this point.
I installed the theme but it shows under Applications and not under Options-Themes
This is a common problem and it happens for the following reason(s):
a) you didn't pull the battery after installation is complete,
b) you have downloaded theme for a wrong BlackBerry® OS,
c) you have downloaded theme for a wrong BlackBerry® devices, and/or
d) you have removed one or more of default themes from your BlackBerry®.

Simply avoid one of the above problems and everything should be fine.
I have not received e-mail with download link
If you haven't received any e-mails from us within few hours after your transaction, please contact us immediately with your Order number, BlackBerry® Model, and a Theme name.
I have received e-mail but I don't see download link
If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will send you another e-mail with a correct link.
This happens occasionally and it is usually caused by systems being busy from either our side or your carrier side.
I purchased a new BlackBerry®. Can I get the same theme again.
We cannot send you the same theme if you have purchased a new BlackBerry® device.
We will, however, send you another copy of the same theme if your original device broke down and you got the replacement.
Contact us with your Order number, BlackBerry® model, and Theme name.
Can I swap my theme or receive an upgrade
No swapping is possible. Once you select your theme and completed transaction, you cannot request a different theme. That is why we can't stress enough how important it is to double check your order information.
As for the upgrade part; once the upgrade is available you will receive it free of charge.
I have lost my BlackBerry®, My BlackBerry® crashed, I had it replaced. Can I get my theme again.
This is always a bad thing when it happens and we are really sorry to hear about it.
To have your information saved in case this happens it is very important that you do a routine backup of your device. It is up to you to decide how often you will do it, but you need to make yourself do so.
In case something like this happens, simply notify us and we will send you a link to your theme. Note that we might need your Order number, BlackBerry® model, and Theme name in order to assist you with a replacement.
I have a Today style theme. Can I customize those icons.
Most of the themes that we make have customizable icons, unless otherwise stated in the description. Those simply means that you can rearrange them any way you want.
However, Today Style theme have fixed icons that simply cannot be rearranged by the end user. This is simply limitation of the Software and there is nothing we can do about it.
How do I delete theme from my BlackBerry®
Go to your Options, click on Advanced Options, look for Applications menu.
Once you at the Applications menu, simply select the application your want to delete (this includes Themes as well), press your Menu key (BlackBerry® logo key) and select Delete.
Pull your battery for removal to take an effect.
I would like a refund
Refunds are not available (possible) for digital downloads.
However, we will try to help you resolve your problem in the best possible manner.
In many instances we will offer you a substitute theme of your likening.
I see the phone number on your Contact page. Can I use it to call you for help.
The phone number listed on the Contact page is to reach us by text (sms) message as that is still the fastest way. You can send sms/mms in order to request help or just simply to socialize with us, but that phone number is not used for voice communication.
Note that we will only respond via email but will gladly answer your sms/mms if they are not rude or improper.
We strive to satisfy every customer and all we ask is little patience and time.
